Cara started dancing Cecchetti Ballet at a young age and continued for 12 years adopting Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Irish, and Hip Hop.  She holds a high passion and respect for the Arts and has performed with, and been a member of, many noteworthy programs and companies including:

When Cara is not enjoying her time with her students, she loves to play with her dog Lynam, practice Yoga, read a good book, watch a movie, or attend a great concert.
