Miss Megan
DMM
Megan Wiggers graduated in 2016 summa cum laude from Eastern Michigan University, earning her BS in Dance Studio Management. She performed professionally as a contemporary dancer for 8 years and has also had experience serving as an Artistic Director of the pre-professional company, Young Dancers Initiative, for 6 years.
In addition to dancing, Megan has been teaching and choreographing for over a decade. She has worked with many organizations in Michigan including Brighton Dance Festival, Orchesis Dance at Michigan State University, Wayne State University, and most recently Hillsdale College. In addition to those noted above, Megan’s work has been presented at RADFest in Kalamazoo, American College Dance Association, Eastern Michigan University, Michigan Youth Arts Festival, and several regional and national competitions. Megan toured nationally as a judge with Turn It Up Dance Challenge from 2021-2024. ​Megan is a Dance Masters of Michigan (DMM) member, certified in ballet.

Megan has travelled around the globe to teach and choreograph for dancers at studios, conservatories, and schools. She is thrilled to continue her journey as a dance educator, dancer, and choreographer in Michigan and beyond.
