Miss Megan
Teacher
Megan Wiggers graduated in 2016 summa cum laude from Eastern Michigan University, earning her BS in Dance Studio Management. She performed professionally as a contemporary dancer for 8 years and has also had experience serving as an Artistic Director of the pre-professional company, Young Dancers Initiative, for 6 years.
In addition to dancing, Megan has been teaching and choreographing for over a decade. She has worked with many organizations in Michigan including Brighton Dance Festival, Orchesis Dance at Michigan State University, Wayne State University, and most recently Hillsdale College. In addition to those noted above, Megan’s work has been presented at RADFest in Kalamazoo, American College Dance Association, Eastern Michigan University, Michigan Youth Arts Festival, and several regional and national competitions. Since 2021, she has been touring nationally as a judge with Turn It Up Dance Challenge.
