Dance With Heart Studios

Sydney Cunningham has been dancing for 13 years at Dance with Heart Studios. She has studied all different genres of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acrobatics, Lyrical, Modern, Hip-hop and Musical Theater.  Some of Sydney’s activities include:

• DWHS Competition Team Member (9 years)

• Experienced instructor for beginning Jazz and beginning Tap

• Experienced assistant instructor in Acro, Jazz, and Lyrical

• Cast in various Nutcracker Ballet roles including the Chinese Lead

• Dance Masters of Michigan (DMM) spring & fall workshop attendee (multiple years)

• Regular attendee of various State and National competitions and conventions

• Regular attendee of various Master Classes offered by Dance with Heart Studios

• Tecumseh High School National Honors Society

• Recipient of multiple Tecumseh High School Department and academic awards

• Ballet Grade V Student Certification from Cecchetti Council of America

Sydney is currently a senior at Tecumseh High School.  When not participating in dance activities, you will find her playing music with her high school band mates or at the Raisin Township Fire Department going on calls as their newest cadet.  Sydney loves volunteering in the community, traveling with her family, attending concerts, and hanging with her friends.
